Joy is full of fun and happiness. Christmas is her favorite time of year, when she can spend time with family and friends. Joy is happiest when she can be with lots of people being together. She loves to add joy to others’ lives by being happy, fun and kind. Today she is all dressed up to attend a fancy Christmas party with her parents and is bouncing with anticipation. Joy loves to see all the Christmas lights and the smell of a fresh Christmas tree.
Joy is a 24-inch handmade, heirloom doll, made with vintage fabrics. Joy’s hair is made with 100% wool, and her body is 100% cotton. Her dress is a beautiful blush brocade fabric with shiny red blooming roses, a removeable tulle underskirt that adds volume and faux leather black strap shoes with a ruby clasp and a satin ribbon around her waist. The puffed sleeves match her full skirt and are just perfect for this beautiful fabric. I only had enough of this fabric for a few dolls, do not wait to get her. She is beautiful, you will love her.
(Every doll I create is unique and slightly varied, as each face has hand painted background with embroidered eyes, lips, nose and eyes. Each dress is limited as I used mostly fabrics no longer available. Once they are gone, I cannot make another.)
